Refund policy
If your item is delivered to you faulty please notify me as soon as possible. 24 hours after receiving the product, otherwise no refund will be issued.
some suppliers has different policies on their returns (proof will be shown regarding this)
If any item is faulty and you haven't contacted the business within the time frame upon receiving the item, then no refund/exchange will be offered.
If you have purchased the product and change your mind it will be at the suppliers discretion as to wether a refund will be given
NO refunds on personalised items (unless damaged)
All cases will be looked at individually
